Customer Stories

Great product and fantastic customer service from the time we placed the order until completion.

We are very happy with the service we got and our pool looks great. Can’t wait for all the good times it will bring to us!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and especially Bek our contact and project manager. He went above and Beyond in every way possible and exceeded our expectations 10 fold. I dont know what he gets paid but he should get a raise. Thanks very much Stainless and especially Bek! You made this experience fantastic.

We contacted the company for information which was provided. Then we had them come out to see the property and we received a proposal that was within our budget and exactly as we discussed on the options we wanted to consider. We got on the list and they began work sooner than promised. We had a couple of hiccups due to weather but it was minimal and communication was great. Everyone is professional, very good communication on timing and supplies and any other issues, and they performed the work exactly as detailed. We are extremely pleased with our pool and deck space! We have the backyard of our dreams and stayed within budget.we went with a stock tank pool that is 12 feet and 4 deep, a heater and chiller. The chiller is a lifesaver in the Texas summer heat.

First I will say, we absolutely LOVE our pool, it was installed well, timely, and serves as a great oasis addition to our home. The construction is so unique and beautiful, well built and sturdy, with a liner that just enhances the whole look. The contractor team was excellent, they took all of our worries into consideration and didn’t just totally obliterate our yard, including excavation and dirt hauling. We were initially hesitant to tear up our yard for this project since we had just gotten it back to somewhat normal after another big project, but the contractor teams worked to make as little damage as possible, so for that I am grateful. They were communicative and pleasant to work with, took our suggestions into consideration and made the worry minimal for us. The installation would have been totally seamless but for a couple of quirks: getting our project finished completely took some effort with calling or texting several times to request the little finishes such as dirt to fill in the gaps between the pool and the grass, or fixing the leaks in the lines, the skimmer was fitted with the wrong door, but in the end all was finished without much more effort. All in all the actual install was about a week, the rest about a month. It was well worth it to have our pool finished, and the price we paid beats any other quote for such a useful pool, nothing fancy but totally functional. We look forward to using it for the rest of our days! Great value for the money/effort.

We are loving our 15’ pool! My 9 and 11yo kids spend hours in this thing, and it’s big enough for our whole family to enjoy together. So glad we did the small deck around one side. Bek Was our product manager. His communication is excellent and he has continued to quickly respond to any questions I have even after installation. I’ve been very impressed with their customer service and understand that they continue to service pools after install Which I really appreciate! If you are thinking of getting a pool and don’t want to destroy your yard and wait a whole year, This is a great option!!

Best decision we made was going with Stainless Swim. Communication was wonderful, and there were no hidden fees. Everything was explained, all the options were discussed so that I understood exactly what I was getting, and when the crew came to install, they were polite and respectful of my property. It was an amazing experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We absolutely love our Stainless Swim pool. We chose the 15-foot model and built a large deck around half of the pool, complete with stairs on both sides. The craftsmanship was outstanding—everything was perfectly level, and the installation process was seamless. I spent a lot of time watching the crew's work and was consistently impressed by their attention to detail and quality. We're extremely happy with the final product and the exceptional service we received from Stainless Swim.

These guys installed our 15' pool in a week. All team members were professional and serious about their work. We could not be happier with the way our Stainless Swim pool turned out.

Thank you StainlessSwim for what’s going to be a more refreshing Texas summer! We worked with Bek from the beginning Site survey to the final inspection. Bek was courteous, professional and responsive to our questions during our visits, and if he didn’t have an immediate answer, I got a response the next day! The site crew were also very diligent and precise when excavating, and leveling the pool so that it was perfect. I appreciate that type of work ethic.

We couldn't be happier with our new 15-foot round, 4-foot deep pool from Stainless Swim! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Bek was amazing to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions throughout the process. The installation was incredibly efficient, and the entire pool was built in just a few days. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished product looks fantastic. It's clear that Stainless Swim takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. If you're considering a pool, we highly recommend Stainless Swim. Thank you, Bek and the team, for making the process so easy and delivering such an awesome pool for our family to enjoy!
